I had been dragging my feet on getting these kits clear coated as I had 3 ready for clearing, but wanted a 4th since the spray is 20 dollars a can and I didn't want to waste any. The 56 Ford, 'Cuda, and Grand Prix were waiting in the wings, and I wanted a body that I pretty much knew what I was going to do with the kit without planning on a fancy paint job. The GTO (that's going to be a Lemans) fit the bill. There's a story to my choice, but I'll explain when I finally finish it. I didn't worry about the BMF or Molotow on this kit at this point.

My Lockheed YF12 is about to get wrapped up, so I wanted to have nice cured paint on some cars.
