AMT Surf Woody

I've built a few of these over the last 5 years or so.




One of my previous builds, shows modified sides, cutaway with portholes, new wheels and tyres and a full height body and windscreen.





But with the latest one, using the sports windscreen, short surf board, roof rack and hearse short roof all supplied in the kit. I cut down/lowered the sides and added home printed 'woody' decals..













The display comes with the kit.

Sharp! I like the roadster version of this kit. I think I have one these in stash, might have to take a look at it.

Thanks Ron s. Yes the roadster is an interesting kit option. So now I have to find another one!

That looks great Pat, probably gets better each one you build. Love the roadster version too, I never seriously thought about it but yours shows that was a mistake.

So that stand comes in the kit? I love it, I am going to have to go back into mine (reissue from a few years ago) and dig that thing out.

Thanks jb. Yes just dig it out and see what's what! I now looking for another one and got some big n little Centrelines on the way! I'm not so keen on the roadster as there's not a lot to change/radicalise with it! But I'm still looking for another one, or Hawk Sandpiper or Meyers Manx 6 wheeler, oh whatever!
