OK revisiting this topic for now...it looks like that what I'm doing now seems to be popular. My thinking here is that anyone who finishes a model and takes the time to post it here should be showcased in such a way so with that in mind I'll probably keep the header/banner pics like it is. What do you guys think?

Any chance this and/or the monthly ARE topics can be revived anytime soon? Is anyone in charge of this now that Ron has departed (RIP, we miss you!)?
I think this topic and to a lesser extent the ARE one were great for encouraging participation and probably garnered a lot of views overall and specifically.
Just a suggestion because I enjoyed this model of the month thing and I think others did too.

The excitement here is just overwhelming.
I am off to fly my drone and then take a nap. No time to build models. Very little motivation either. Yawn.
I guess no one took over for Ron, and its just a ghost ship waiting to hit some rocks and sink.

I'm just a humble newbee, but I would love to see, either model of the month or admire, respect and enjoy return. Surely this hobby isn't dead yet. I'm sure I'm not alone in my enjoyment of building models of the cars I want to own, but can't because the world has moved on. When I bid on EBay for a kit that I think has potential, how come I get out bid? Who is buying and not building? Surely this is a creative hobby and not an excuse to horde or speculate. I can honestly say that I enjoy seeing the finished results of like minded souls.
