Is this about the "Net Neutrality" thing and freedom for web companies to lease net speeds for healthy fees? Or is this something else?? Folks who do online gaming, stream films and/or TV shows, etc. might not be too thrilled. Bottom of my screen is for AccuChek, insulin meter.

The OP seems to not realize that the ad at the bottom changes - so what he sees and what others see probably are not the same.

Well, yes, that's obvious. Doesn't affect the Net neutrality (if that's the issue) being pushed by "internet highway" companies out to profit handsomely. It may well go thru if the next Prez has pro-private enterprise philosophy, and cares little for users of the web.
