ok the lines still show up a "little".....i think that will go away when i get the clear sanded and polished this is it curing in clear , i don't see much at all anymore Hosted on Fotki

Nice color I like it. About those returning lines, I know that problem have them on the `59 Camino and the the Hell rod. I have solved that problem Thu painting those area`s gloss black and sanding it that you don't see any black paint anymore. And then take you're time with drying times off the primer and paint. The Hell Rod has standing a week in the primer before a putting the color on it and that coat I have waiting four a five days for the clear coat Ron

The Hell Rod has standing a week in the primer before a putting the color on it and that coat I have waiting four a five days for the clear coat Ron i did that 3 times on this lol....accept i used white primer and the actual paint that is on it now. i sanded it before stripping it. i should have used pro weld to soften the areas up and rub the lines out, but i didn't think about it at the time.

well....the flash brings out the ghosting, but the lines don't show up otherwise i used the black gold polishing kit this time. 2,600 up to 12,000 grits. by the time i got to 12,000 the finish looked already polished! i hit it with Kit Carnauba anyways, cuz i like to clean dry wax out of door jams so much!
