I have been meaning to ask, in this thread's title it says "(comments here winners only)". What does that mean? Only winners are supposed to post here (presumably taking a bow)? Or only comments congratulating the winners? Or maybe it was a misspelling of "whiners"? I have refrained from posting in this thread much due to misunderstanding that command. Please clarify if anyone can. jb

Please clarify if anyone can. jb I think if you go back and look through the 15 or so pages in this thread you can get an idea of what this section is all about and pick up the general vibe. I'd say your first two assumptions are indeed correct, the one about the spelling, well, not so much, just the part about the spelling that is. So you can pretty much make it what you want as long as your comments have to do with M.O.M. contest winners builds. There is a general M.O.M. commentary thread here: drasticplastics.proboards.com/thread/934/make-comments-monthly-momsThere are no real hard and fast rules here as we like to keep it casual and friendly, just the usual stuff about about personal attacks, profanity and such. HTH. Thanks for asking and have fun!

very tight race right down to the wire. by the way, I voted for the other two close runners myself, would have had a hard time deciding an actual winner because all the entries were so good. Thanks again for your votes people!

Congrats Bill! Quite the battle. The precision, detail and fit-and-finish of models like the Sofa King and the Schneider altered is always a pleasure to behold. I'm certain it consistently made the difference and remains an ideal I aspire to.

I think the build thread was on some other site somewhere, sometime, perhaps a more "trad" sort of site. And it may have been buried within a "community build" sort of thread. I am not at liberty currently to provide a link though, unfortunately.
And thanks again, especially you Bernard, I aspire to build to your level as well. We're all in this together.
