I better jump in here, before this goes off the board ! Slipping in once in a while, getting little things done, but I've been busier that a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. Getting my bike sorted out, visitors from the cold North, and being involved with the granddaughters high school band who will be performing at the Sugar Bowl. I will be able to get back to being retired pretty soon !

Engine detailing pretty much as it will be: And here's a mock up where I am at now, Left frt fender was cocked a bit, had to break that at the cowl and fix it. Left front wheel has some excessive camber. I may have to fix that. Maybe not

The front 3/4 mockup shot reveals what a gorgeous conversion this is turnng out to be. That big SOHC Ford looks just right sitting there and the fender and headlight makeover is so inspired! Combined with the nice tight stance the whole combo really works. Glad to see this one moving along! ;D

Here's my customary minimal effort interior. This is getting close, fine tuning all of the body work before painting.

Here's my customary minimal effort interior. ... Actually the chassis shot looks real nice, real tight and together with those massive rear tires offset by that big engine, Those no-nonsense bucket seats do just the right job. I think it's very appropriate to the rest of the build. Can't wait to see some color!

I was just ready to try some color, but realized I hadn't made any provision for a license plate. And I haven't done anything about tailights either. Wasn't too big of a job to french a plate holder in the pan. I shot a coat of color last night. I'll go out later today to see how it looks. Dang Florida humidity !

After being sidelined for over a month (paintwise) due to an eye infection, I finally got to spray the 2nd coat of clear on this puppy. After a full weekend (and not to mention forcasted lows in the teens !!....in central FLORIDA !!!!), I'll be getting this one wrapped up. Stay tuned.
