Beautiful model Johnny. Love the color. Is there some green in it, or is it just my Android? I think it looks great as is. 👍👍 John No, just silver.

Congratulations! Well done! One of the things GM missed the mark on when the cancelled the Elcamino after 1960 and didn't bring it back until 64!

The only issue I had was the doors and I finally opted to just glue them shut. Though not pictured the trunk does open as intended.

What a great turnout and great variation of vehicles to choose from! So many great builds it was so hard to choose, so hard in fact that I could not justify voting for myself!!! (just joking, I never do) Amazing group is all I can say!

Great looking Austin! I have seen only one or two of these kits built so thanks for posting it. I have the kit on my stash too, but it will be done as a Modified Sports Drag Racer some day... You did a great job with yours. That green color suits it very well and the wheels and tires look good too. Are they the ones that come with the kit? If they are, great job making them look that good! I had this kit and sold it. The wife got mad and bought another one so I had to build it! I will say it was a real pain to build too!LOL Yes the wheels and tires are the plastic ones from the kit with a ton of cleanup done to narrow the spokes!

Nice work with the chassis modifications! Are the yellow or white parts from this kit? Very nicely done build otherwise too, everything looks just like they should. It's a shame this kit tooling was modified in order to make this Modified Stocker kit instead of making a new tooling for this kit. I would love to have one of these in stock form. But, the originals are not cheap! The yellow parts are from the 69 Cougar kit. I used the cougar interior bucket because I didn't like the lack of interior detail in the Falcon kit. I hear you on wanting the stock kit back! I had one way back long ago. It was in three boxes of models that someone stole from a trailer on one of our moves! Had almost all of my oldest kits in them save a few.

Looks like a long forgotten salt flats warrior. Love the weathering, it almost tells a story of a once proud coupe that seen the glory days of thundering down the flats or dry lake beds!

That is a real gem of a roadster! The colors both paint and decals really make it stand out! Looks like it is ready for a pass down the dry lake or on the flats!

Was gone for a bit after the photobucket debacle. Had several sights that I had to reinstall pictures in after finally getting them back off of the stupid hosting sight and onto another. I kind of let this sight go for a while. Just got done putting pictures back in the early posts and added a ton more that I had not posted here before.
