This was one of the cars Hobby Lobby had on clearance, and I'm a Mustang guy anyway, so it was a win-win for me.
This is a Polar Lights kit, and probably the only one I've ever built. The instructions were concise in some areas, and completely lacking in others. I did look online at other builds of this model, and I see they left off certain parts as well. I was never able to get the stance I wanted. I would glue a part in place, then have to break it loose as a subsequent part wouldn't fit right. I eventually gave up on the stance. This might be one that is better displayed with the body up. I do like the fact that the kit gave enough wheels to use on other models! One of my building techniques that I'm going to have to change, is painting the parts on the trees. Obviously, this makes it harder to put together as there is now paint where the parts meet.
