You don't see too many of these Sierras on the roads anymore but these models are not common either. Nice job overall, I like it!

My second car actually was a Sierra, though just an ordinary 2,0 Pinto engined coupé..... Gutless but still fun to drive, but nothing that even came close to build quality and I don't know what they were thinking when they tried to compete with BMW and Mercedes with the "Merkur" brand in the US. And of course that may explain why there is, as you said, not many left anymore. I know your lukewarm feelings about euro cars but I've always seen the XR4i as some kind of european Foxbody half-sibling in some strange way.

Well, Sierra and Fox Mustang have some similar aspects! While neither of them is really powerful, they both are a bit more "sporty" than most of the average cars from those years. Though, stick shift does make it much more sporty...Despite the engine. Both of those cars have decent handling too. A Friend has a regular 4-door Sierra that he bought from an old man. It's in nearly perfect condition, and even though I'm often not that much into European cars, I have to admit that it's pretty cool. But at least here in Finland those are quite popular "winter beaters" for youngsters and most of them are in quite poor condition.

Not as much as the newer Mustangs but in their time....
